In case of partial payment, the remaining amount must be paid by the specified deadline before the course starts
Failure to complete the remaining amount entitles Content Planet to cancel the booking without any obligation
Refund Policy
The trainee has the right to request a refund only if the course is cancelled by Content Planet
If a refund is requested at least 7 days before the course starts, an administrative fee (clarified at registration) will be deducted
No refunds after course start or attending the first lecture (online or offline)
Non-attendance or non-commitment by the trainee does not result in any refund
Exchange Policy
In exceptional cases, subscription can be transferred to another course of equal or higher value with price difference payment
